Congratulations are in order! The legendary “Jersey Shore” veteran Nicole Snooki Polizzi has given birth to her baby girl! The 26-year-old reality star announced the happy news on Twitter.

“So happy to let you know we had our beautiful daughter this morning Giovanna Marie LaValle. 6.7 lbs, full head of black hair & perfect.” And it couldn’t come in a better time! Just a day before giving birth, she was complaining she was tired of being pregnant.

She wrote on her blog:”Guess what, I’m still freaking pregnant. Omg! I can’t deal with this anymore” on Tuesday. “I’m at that point where I can’t move, I can’t sleep, I’m waking up 20 times throughout the night, rolling out of bed, waddling to the bathroom and praying that my mucus plug falls out and my water breaks and I’m just ready to go at this point,” she continued.

Apparently, she had done everything she could to induce the labor and she was “done with it.”

The short celebrity had already had son Lorenzo at that point in her pregnancy. Lorenzo is now two year old. “I gave birth to Lorenzo two weeks and two days early! I feel like I am I going to be overdue.”

Snooki is engaged to 27-year-old Jionni LaValle. Aside from moving into their new house, the pair is also planning their wedding in late October.

The reality star has been on a fit pregnancy, doing light exercises to keep the weight down. She spoke about her plans in April, saying “The wedding is like a month after the baby, which is why I’m doing this fit pregnancy. Because after you give birth, you can’t really work out. You have to recover … and I’m going to need to squeeze into my dress!”

Nicole currently stars in “Snooki & Jwoww” with her best friend and fellow “Jersey Shore” veteran Jenny.

Since the show’s debut in 2009, Polizzi has gained popularity by appearing on talks shows like “The View,” “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” “Late Show with David Letterman” and “The Wendy Williams Show.” She also appeared as the guest hostess for WWE Raw in 2011 and competed at Wrestle Mania that same year.
