Heidi Montag’s Dad Charged Of Sexual Abuse

December 10, 2015

Bill Montag, the father of the famed Heidi Montag, was charged of sexual abuse. The case involves a minor, and according to his lawyer, the accused pleaded “not guilty.”

Forrest W. Lewis, Montag’s attorney, revealed that Heidi’s dad “did not turn in a guilty plea” and that the case is set for trial.

According to the lawyer, the trial will likely be continued in late spring or early summer.

Montag was arrested for allegedly committing acts of sexual abuse and incest at least 50 times on a 13-year-old female family member for years. The alleged horrid acts continued until she turned 17.

According to the case documents, Montag allegedly “groomed her with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home,” while also attempting to use a vibrator on her and performing oral sex on her when she was 16. The horrible incidents allegedly occurred more than 15 years ago.

A source close to Heidi Montag, the star of MTV’s Hills show, reported that Heidi doesn’t believe in any of it, and that “it’s all coming from an estranged family member.”
