One of Hollywood’s most powerful celebrity duos, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas, marked their wedding anniversary for the 15th time on Wednesday, and we are happy to see that their relationship is now stronger than ever, despite all the bad things that have happened to this amazing couple.
Catherine posted a heartwarming photo of the two of them in a loving embrace, captioning it: “Happy Anniversary dearest Michael! Loving our life together, here’s to the next 15!”
The famous couple, who has two children together – Dylan (14) and Carys (12), first met back in 1998 when they were introduced by mutual friend Danny DeVito at the Deauville Film Festival in France. It didn’t take them long to tie the knot, which they did just two years later.
Michael has recently spoken to Mail Online about the difficulties they had and how they managed to work things out in the end.
“The problem in this business is that everything is so public. I love Catherine as much, more than I ever have. And hopefully the feeling’s mutual. We worked things out – if both people want to work something out and make it better, you can do it. You can’t do it if it’s just one person,” said Michael.
We wish them all the best in the future. What doesn’t kill your relationship, only makes it stronger, right?
