Prince Phillip is the Duke of Edinburgh, born June 10, 1921, Prince Phillip is the husband of Queen Elizabeth II.
Its been reported that Prince Phillip is originally the Prince of Greece and Denmark but he later abandoned these titles shortly before his marriage. In 1947 he married Queen Elizabeth II (then-Princess Elizabeth), the heiress to King George VI.
Prio to his marriage King George VI dubbed him the Duke of Edinburgh along with other titles.
He still remains a very public figure with Her Highness this very day.
