Biography
Jeremy Irons was born in 1948 on September 19th. He is one of the very talented actors who have worked on more than one medium. He is as good a film actor as refined an actor he is on stage. He has won many awards. He is an academy award winner actor. He has also won many other awards which include Golden globe award and Screen actor's guild.
He has immense talent. From his early childhood he has this talent of amusing people and especially the guests of the house by his skits. He always has this talent to amuse people as an actor. To polish his skills he joined a Theatre school. The school perfected him in his art. Jeremy Irons is still associated with the school as the president of the campaign of fundraising which is run by this school. "Godspell" was his first play on stage and before that he struggled very hard to support himself in Bristol. His life changed once he came to London. For the next few years he worked in many other stage plays some of which were very successful. In 1980 he started working in the movies. "Nijinsky" was his first movie in which he acted. His first movie which brought him lots of fame was released in 1981 and its name was "Brideshead Revisited". This film was a success and Irons role was appreciated. He got a role in a 1981 Meryl Streep film as a result.

He worked in many movies in 1980s and 1990s but one of the most memorable characters was the role of Aramis, one of the three musketeers in "The Man in the Iron Mask". Afterwards he has done some voiceover, the role of Scar has been the most famous out of those. This role was done by him in the Disney land animated movie, The Lion King.
