Biography
Jennifer Hawkins was born on 22nd December 1983 in New South Wales, in Australia. Before winning Miss Universe Title she was working as a model in Australia.

Professional Life of Jennifer Hawkins

Jennifer Hawkins initially was a cheerleader to two rugby teams, Newcastle Knights and Hunter Pirates. She also worked as a model for sometime before participating in the Miss Australia pageant. Later after winning the Miss Australia crown she also won the Miss Universe crown in the year 2004.

She also made a record as the first Australian to reach the semi final of this even since the year 1992. In order to win the title she had to compete with the top five contestants from America and Carribean Islands. Last time any girl from Oceania won this crown was in the year 1983, by a New Zealander Lorraine Downes.

After winning the title she worked as a model and was an ambassador for a real-estate development company called 'Grand Waterfront'. This work helped her appear on several full-page newspapers and glamorous advertisements on the television.

Later she also worked in Australia to endorse Asus laptops, she donated proceeds of special pink laptop sold on Ebay to National Breast Cancer Foundation as charity. She has also signed a deal for endorsement of an Australian Department Store called Myers, which is said to be worth $4 million Australian dollars.

Initially she was not very famous on Internet searches, however she once, during a fashion show tripped on her own dress and fell down, with the dress removed she was lying down in front of an audience only in a G-string. However, this was voted as most surprising moment for the Australian Television. However, the Internet noted a high rise in searches of her name.

She is also known to be a social person, a student Daniel Dilbey invited her for his year 12 graduation ball, though she initially accepted invitation she later declined it and reasoned out that she did not want to draw attention, however she accepted to go out on a private date with Daniel later.

She has starred in a music video with artist Guy Sebastian Elevator Love, where she plays his love interest.
