Jennifer Esposito is a dancer as well as an actress. Her first television appearance was on the serial Law and Order in the year 1996. Her role in this movie did not give her much fame as much as her another serial called 'Spin City'. Here she played the role of Stacey.

In the movies she did she was seen in the movie 'I Still Know What You Did Last Summer', she played the role of Nancy in this movie. Some of her earlier movies are Summer of Sam, Side Streets, He Got Game, Kiss Me, Guido, etc. Her very recent releases are Crash, an Award winning movie where she plays the role of Ria, the detective's girlfriend.

Though she is Italian by origin, she has played quite a number of Hispanic roles in the movies throughout her career. The movie Summer of Sam was another of her successful movies where she played the role of Ruby, the movie was based on murders in 1970s backdrop. She was actually supposed to play the role of Mira Sorvino in this movie, however she had to play the role of Ruby because of her date conflict. She has also acted in a movie called 'Dracula 2000' as Solina.

Before Jennifer Esposito entered acting she was also a dancer on Club MTV. Her recent project called Related has been cancelled.
