Jennie Finch, her complete name is Jennie Lynn Finch was born on 3rd September 1980, she was born in La Mirada, California. Jennie Finch is an American athlete who played for the Summer Olympics gold winning softball team in 2004.

Jennie Finch has been married to pitcher Casey Daigle who plays for Arizona Diamondbacks. They have a son named Ace Shane Daigle who was born on 4th May 2006. She became famous when she was voted as one of the most attractive female sports athlete on an ESPN online poll, even more than tennis player Anna Kournikova.

She has also modeled for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, in swimwear. She was also offered by the Playboy magazine to pose nude, however she declined the offer. However, she has appeared on the front page of Sports Illustrated wearing a tank-top and a mini-skirt.

Professional Life of Jennie Finch

Jennie Finch started playing softball at the age of five and started pitching at the age of eight. During her schooling at the La Mirada High School she was playing for all three sports softball, volleyball and basketball. During her graduation she has also played for the University of Arizona. She has recorded a good number of wins in her freshman, sophomore and junior seasons.

Hr pitching at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Greece, where she gave no runs at all, helped the American Team win the Gold Medal. At present Jennie Finch pitches for National Pro Fastpitch Softball League's Chicago Bandits.

She has won several awards, NPF awarded her co-pitcher of the year award in the year 2005. At present Jennie Finch works for ESPN and hosts a part of the TV Program 'This Week in Baseball. On this show she is also shown pitching sometimes to the famous baseball players where she uses a softball instead of the regular baseball.
