Biography
A comedian, by profession, James Douglas Muir Leno, who was well known as the person who was turned down Johnny Carson as the king of The Tonight Show in 1992. Born in New Rochelle, New York, on April 28, 1950. Leno has a large collection for antique car and likes to drive when not working. He also loves to ride his motorcycles in spare time. In early seventies, Leno was used to work at Mc Donald's. At a certain stage in his life, Leno used to work 300 clubs in a year.

Leno made his debut in the Mery Griffin Show on television, and debut in movie Silver Bears in 1977. Well in March 1977, he was also appeared for the first time in The Tonight Show. His first hosted show was Carson's successor on May, 1992 and his first guest was comedian Billy Crystal. Leno lent his voice to Cartman's Kitty for the series South Park, episode Cartman's Mom Is a Dirty Slut. Also Voiced for Jay Limo in Disney/Pixar film Cars. Some of the films he has worked are Contact, The Bridcage, Flintstones, Major League 2 and Wayne's World, nothing significant about his career in movie.


Leno's other work on which light should be thrown is his large collection of cars and bikes. He also serves for the column in Popular Mechanics. He auctioned his Harley Davidson in 2001 which was signed by one of his guests was sold for $360,000 and supported the victims of September 11 attack. He did it again in 2005 twice in a year, this time one of the bike was sold for $810,000, which was supported 2004 Indian Ocean Earthquake, and the other bike was sold for $1,505,100 which supported Hurricane Katrina victims. Lena has collection of 35 most exotic cars. Leno bags Emmy Award twice for his Show in 1996 and 1997. He also won award for the Best Political Humorist by Washington Magazine. In 1995, he was honored with Variety or Music Series, and in 1996 Outstanding Technical Direction. Leno has also wrote an autobiography, named Leading With My Chin.
