Biography
A respectable name in the game of Basketball. Born on 23 March 1973, San Francisco, California. Jason Kidd attended University of California at Berkeley for 2 years before getting into NBA. He was Drafted in 1994, 1st round 2nd pick by Mavericks. He was best known as Point Guard for the NBA's New Jersey Nets. He recently recorded his 85th triple-double, by scoring 11 points with 14 assists and 14 rebounds against Philadelphia, although they were defeated. He ranked 4th in NBA in steals with an average 2.16 steals per game.
Jason's career graph is very remarkable and has set many records even in his own category. He was named as "Pac 10 Player of the Year" and also became the first ever Sophomore in 1993-94. When he was called as a Point Guard in 1994 by Mavericks he was also ended up as a "Rookie of the Year". He remained all time favorite for league leader in triple-doubles and assists. Jason also suffered with broken bone of left ankle due to which he missed first three play-off games with Suns in 1999-2000. In 2000, Jason holds Gold Medal in Olympic and a consistent All-Star. Kidd was taken into the custody by the police in 2001 because of the personal disputes with her wife Joumana. He was sentenced for counseling and anger management training.
