David Paul Behr and Patricia Ann Steiner gave birth to their second son, Jason Behr, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, among other four boys. Jason's older brother is John Behr and younger brothers are, Aaron Behr and Andrew Behr, the younger half-sister is Aliya. This Star has come from mixed descent with Italian, German and Objibwe, an Indigenous American family. At his young age, the Behr family was moving from Minnesota, to various places in states. Jason was then a ten-year-old child when his father leaves the family. Then his mother moved Jason and his brothers back to Minneapolis and Jason did his studies in there. Recalling his memories, once he stated; "It would be presumptuous of me to tell you that we are the only intelligent life form that ever existed. I thought my high school principal was an alien - he was so bland." Finally, he received his graduation in 1992, from Richfield Senior High School, which is situated in Minnesota, a village of Minneapolis.
