Jaslene Gonzalez is the America's Next Top Model Cycle 8 winner.
Jaslene auditioned for Cycle 7 and made it to the semi-finals but ultimately she did not get picked to go into the house. So she picked herself up and came back the following year and made it! She received high praise from the judges week after week and in the end was in the final two against fellow model Natasha. Jaslene in the end beat Natasha to receieve a $100,000 contract from Cover Girl, get managed by Elite Models and have a 7-page spread in Seventeen Magazine.
Most recently Jaslene has gone on talk shows to talk about abuse. Her boyfriend physically abused her and Jaslene is taking her story nation-wide in hopes of preventings issues such as these happening.
