Biography
Jared Padalecki is an actor. He has appeared in various film and television roles since the turn of the millennium. He is best known for his parts in shows produced by the WB network, such as "Gilmore Girls" and "Supernatural". Jared Padalecki is one of the stars of the show "Supernatural".
Jared Padalecki was born in San Antonio, Texas in the year 1982. His birthday is the nineteenth of July. When Jared Padalecki was twelve he started studying acting. After graduating from James Madison High School in San Antonio, Jared Padalecki moved to Los Angeles and started looking for film roles.
It was the year 2000 when Jared Padalecki arrived in Los Angeles. That same year he joined the cast of the "Gilmore Girls", a hit WB series in which he ended up playing the role of Dean Forester for a sixty five episode, five year run. During this time he also started appearing in films, such as "Cheaper By the Dozen", "New York Minute" (the Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen movie) and "Flight of the Phoenix". After "Gilmore Girls" ended, Jared Padalecki appeared in a bit role on an episode of "Smallville" (another WB produced series about the young days of Superman), and was given a leading role in the new WB series "Supernatural".
"Supernatural" is about two brothers, played by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, who hunt ghosts and demons to understand the death of their mother and disappearance of their father. It is a suspenseful action show with comedy and dramatic elements. "Supernatural" has been well received by WB viewers, and has continued for several seasons - Jared Padalecki has now appeared in thirty nine episodes of the show since its beginning in 2005.
As of early 2007 Jared Padalecki continues to act on the WB (now called the CW network) on the show "Supernatural".
