Janice Dickinson was born in Brooklyn, New York in the year 1955. Her birthday is the fifteenth of February. When she was two years old her family moved to Hollywood, California. Janice Dickinson started modeling after she graduated from South Broward High School. It didn't take her long to start appearing in major European fashion magazines. Among the magazine covers that Janice Dickinson has appeared on over the course of her modeling career are "Cosmopolitan", "Harper's Bazaar", "Vogue", the "Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue", and "Playboy". Janice Dickinson was better paid than any model in the world when she was at the high of her popularity, and appeared in advertising campaigns for "Versace", "Revlon" and "Clairol".
In 2003, Janice Dickinson appeared on "America's Next Top Model", a reality TV show that was created by current supermodel Tyra Banks for which the winner receives a modeling contract.
