After graduating from West Jordan High School in 1993, she started a modeling career, becoming best known as a Playboy Playmate who appeared in various Playboy Videos, and as the January 1999 Playboy Playmate of the Month. She has also been featured in Maxim Magazine, and was the spokes model for St. Pauli brand beer.

While her roles have been fairly simple, she has appeared in several popular films and television shows. Jaime Bergman has appeared in movie roles in the films "Any Given Sunday" and "Gone in Sixty Seconds". She has also appeared briefly on "Beverly Hills, 90210", and once on the ongoing WB supernatural comedy / drama "Angel". Jaime Bergman has also acted on "Dawson's Creek", "Shasta McNasty", "Brutally Normal", and "It's All Relative". Her longest running television role has been on "Son of the Beach", a spoof of Baywatch produced by Howard Stern in which she appeared regularly for three years and in forty two episodes.
As of early 2007 Jaime Bergman seems to have slowed her acting career since becoming a mother after marrying the star of "Angel", David Boreanaz. Her most recent new television appearance was as herself on an episode of "Punk'd" the Ashton Kutcher produced reality TV show that plays pranks on celebrities. Jaime Bergman has one child, a son named Jaden Rayne, who is now nearly five years old.
