David Soul was born on August 28, 1943 in Chicago Illinois. A lot of Lutheran influence runs through the life of David Soul. His father is Dr. Richard Solberg. Richard was a senior representative for the Lutheran World Relief during the reconstruction of Germany after the Second World War. David Soul has a brother who is also a Lutheran minister and social activist. When it comes to show business, David Soul is best known as Ken Hutchinson in the television program Starsky and Hutch which aired from 1975 to 1979. This television series was such a big hit in the seventies. Aside from Starsky and Hutch, David appeared in many television films and movies like Here Come the Brides, I dream of Jeannie, McMillan and Wife, Cannon, Gunsmoke, Star Trek, The Streets of San Francisco, and Magnum Force. David is a multi talented individual. Aside from filming, David Soul is also into singing. He has a number one song named "Don't Give Up on Us" and another song named "Silver Lady" which also got a lot of attention. David's career aside, he is a British Citizen and a US citizen. He loves soccer and supports the team Arsenal. David Soul has been married for four times. He has been married to three actresses, namely Karen Carlson, Patty Sherman, and Julia Nickson Soul.
