Davey Havok was born on November 20, 1975 in the city New York. Davey Havok is of Italian descent. When Davey was six, his family moved from New York to the state of California. Davey Havok is best known for being the lead vocalist for the band AFI. Albums released by AFI include "Answer that and Stay Fashionable" in 1995, "Very Proud of Ya" in 1996, "Shut your Mouth and Open your Eyes" in 1997, "Black Sails in the Sunset" in 1999, the "Art of Drowning" in 2000, "Sing the Sorrow" in 2003, and the latest release "December Underground" in 2006. Aside from releasing these albums, Davey has also worked in two movies. One of them was entitled "Mary Jane is not a virgin anymore" and the other is entitled "Live freaky die freaky." In "Live Freaky Die Freaky," a claymation movie, Davey worked as a voice over. In line with claymation, Davey is a huge fan of the claymation movie Nightmare Before Christmas by Tim Burton. He collects a lot of Nightmare Before Christmas memorabilia. When it comes to lifestyle, Davey Havok has a uniwue approach to life. Davey is a strict vegetarian. One of the stark things that you will notice about Davey is the way he decorates his body. Davey has a lot of tattoos on it. He has the phrase "Moz" which stands short for Morrisey, on his right wrist. He has a pair of large feathered wings on his back. He has a flaming heart on his chest. He has daggers under the right and left sides of his ribcage. He has the phrase "what she said" on one of his right fingers. Davey Havok also got the right side of his lower lip pierced. His ear lobe piercing are already stretched to about one half of an inch.
