The Corrs are a musical band from Ireland. This band comprises of four members. All the members happen to be siblings. The Corrs comprises of the Sharon, Caroline, Andrea and Jim Corr. This mean three sisters and one brother, this band has been immensely successful. The band has sold more than 55 million copies worldwide of their music.

Personal Profiles of all the Corrs band members

All the four siblings were born to father Gerry Corr and mother Jean Corr. The eldest of the siblings is Jim Corr, complete name is James Steven Ignatius Corr, he was born on 31st of July 1964. He happens to be the guitarist and piano player on the band, he also happens to be the oldest member of the band.

The second member of the band happens to be Sharon Corr, the complete name is Sharon Helga Corr, her birth date is 24th March 1970. She plays violin in the band she also contributes by being the backing vocalist.

The third sibling is Caroline Corr whose birth date is 17th March 1973, she plays drums, piano, tambourine and bodhran. She also happens to be the percussionist of this band.

The fourth and the last sibling is Andrea Corr, she was born on 17th May 1974. She happens to be the lead singer of the band. The band also has some additional members in this band as musicians.

Professional Achievements of Corrs

They have released five albums, the first one being Forgiven, not Forgotten, Talk on Corners, In Blue, Borrowed Heaven, Home. Each album has sold over million copies each. Due to this success and for their contribution for music they were also conferred Honorary Members of the Order of British Empire, an award which is headed by Queen Elizabeth II. The award was also given for their charity work.

At present, all of the members of this band are looking for alternative careers and families. However, they say they will never ever retire from the scene of music.
