Chris Farley Gossip

Biography
Chris Farley was born on 15th February 1964 in Madison, Wisconsin and died at the age of 33 on December 18 1997 in Chicago, Illinois. He was unmarried. Chris Farley graduated from Edgewood High School Wisconsin. He went on to graduate from Marquette University in 1986 earning a degree in communication and theatre. After graduating he joined his father at the Scotch Well company in Madison. He started his first professional comedy at Ark Improve Theatre in Madison and the Improv Olympic theatre in Chicago. It was Lorne Michaels, creator of Saturday Night Live (SNL) who discovered him. After that he was one of the two new SNL cast members announced in the spring of 1990. He performed impersonation of Tom Arnold (who gave the eulogy at his funeral), Andrew Giuliani, Roger Ebert and Meat Loaf.

Farley made an appearance in several comedy films including Wayne's World in 1992, Wayne's World 2 in 1993, Air Heads in 1994, Adam Sandler's Billy Madison in 1995 and many others. He was released from SNL after it's 1994-95 season. He and his close friend David Spade made two films 'Tommy Boy' and 'Black Ship' during the year 1995 and 1996 consecutively, both were successful at the domestic box office.

In the year 1997 he played the leading role in the film 'Beverly Hill Ninja'. However his drug and alcohol problems began to take its toll during the filming of his final film 'Almost Heroes'. Shooting was stopped several times for his relapses and medical treatment. Farley was severely overweight most of his life and his addiction to alcohol and drugs made it worse for him. He was struggling with obesity, drug and alcohol for years.

Then at the young age of 33, on December 18th, 1997 John P. Farley found him dead in his 60th floor apartment of the John Hancock Centre in Chicago. He died of an overdose of cocaine and heroin (speed ball) which led to coronary arteriosclerosis.
