A talented comedian Chevy Chase was a success in the American movies in the late eighties. Born in 1943 in Woodstock, USA, he is a versatile personality. His dedication towards acting almost ended his life while playing a certain role. In the movie set of Modern Problems he was almost electrocuted. His depression which resulted due to that incident continued for quite some time. As a kid he wanted to become a doctor. But his clown like behaviour resulted in being expelled from school and college for different reasons. He is a highly sportive personality and a zest for life. He has a perfect ear for music and never misses a note. Chevy Chase's perfection towards details has earned him respect from those in his field.
His appearance in the promotion of a Turkish based cool drink called Cola Turka turned out to be hilarious. The soft drink was a direct challenge to Coca Cola and Pepsi. It is about an American family that turns Turkish in their behaviour and speech. The commercial was comic as well as realistic.
