Catherine Bach was born in 1st March 1954. She is most famous for her stint in the Television Series "The Dukes of Hazzard", where she played the character of Daisy Duke. She also created a lot of waves with her much acclaimed performance in the African Skies.
Her first big break came as Melody in the 1974 film Thunderbolt and Lightfoot. She became a teenage icon, when unhappy with the wardrobe provided to her character as Daisy Duke, armed with a pair of scissors she fashioned a special pair of short Jeans. And since then "daisy Duke" has become synonymous with a pair of short jeans. And it's also interesting to note that over 5 million copies of her "Daisy Duke" posters have been sold world wide.

The marriage was however not a success and they separated in 1981. She then started seeing David Lopez and the couple exchanged vows in 1990. Catherine is now a proud mother of two lovely kids.
