Who would forget the face of the lovely Canadian Actress Carrie-Ann Moss? She's the ever-popular partner of Keanu Reeves (Neo) who appeared in The Matrix Trilogy. Carrie-Ann Moss is born in the city of Burnaby, British Columbia on August 21, 1967. She lived with her mother, Barbara, during her early childhood years in Vancouver and had joined the children's musical theater when she was eleven. She was the youngest between two other siblings. Her name was adopted from Hollie's hit song in 1967. During her senior year, she went on for a Europe tour in Magee Secondary School Choir. After the tour, she enrolled at American Academy of Dramatic Arts located in Pasadena. She left Vancouver for Toronto in the year 1985 and became a model. Her modeling career had made her traveling to Spain and Japan in the late 80s.

In Spain, she was given a role in a drama series titled Dark Justice, this is her first TV appearance. She also appeared in several TV shows such as Nightmare Caf鬠Forever Knight, Street Justice, Silk Stalkings, L.A. Law, Baywatch, Model Inc., The Soft Kill, Terrified, Sabotage, Lethal Tender, FIX: The Series and The Secret Life of Algernon. Her big break in the movie industry was when she was given the role of latex-clad hacker "Trinity" in the 1999 box office hit "The Matrix" and followed by two sequels as well as providing voice-overs for the produced video games and animations of same film.

After the successful releases of the "The Matrix Trilogy", more movie opportunities were opened for Carrie-Ann. Not to mention she became a recognized and prominent actress in Hollywood. The on-screen chemistry of Carrie-Ann (Trinity) and Keanu Reeves (Neo) is not just a fiction in the movie. They have tried dating. But, Carrie-Ann got married to Steven Roy in 1999, her fellow actor. She had a son named Owen and chose not to reveal the name of her second son to protect her family's privacy. Their second son was born in November 2005.
