Biography
Cameron Bright, is no Anakin Skywalker of the StarWars. He is in fact The Leech in X-Men: The Final Stand.

Bright was born on January 26, 1993, in British Columbia, Canada. Named in real life as Cameron Douglas Crigger, he is more often being mistaken as Anakin by the people who live in the same community where he lives. His mother, who has never thought of having a celebrity son, realized that since his son is always mistaken as the actor in Starwars, she might as well bring his son to a casting agency and make use of his "popular" looks to take a spot in showbussiness. With the first few attempts of auditioning turning not so well, his mother enrolled Cameron in an acting class at Spotlight Academy, with the hopes that his talents can be enhanced under the tutelage of Jacqui Kaese as his acting coach.

In 2000, he gained his first role in a TV series "Higher Ground". In 2002, he had guest appearances in the series Dark Angel. On the same year, he had his major breakthrough in wide screen when he was casted in the movie "Lone Hero". Highlighting his career, his move to accept the role in the film "Birth" which demanded a depiction of a mature tone --requiring a kissing scene and being naked in the bath tub, catapulted his career. The portrayal gave him good reviews and earned him two nominations in 2005. He garnered a nomination for Supporting Young Actor in the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film and from the Saturn Award for Best Performance by a Younger Actor.

With all these nominations being reaped by Cameron, he is now seen as indeed a great actor to watch out. He was, in fact, a part of the cast in the drama-comedy series "Thank You for Smoking". He also joined caliber actors in the film "Running Scared" with the like of Paul Walker and in the film "UltraViolet" opposite Mila Jovovich. His latest release was the "X-Men: The Last Stand" movie which he co-starred with highly sought-after actors like Halle Berry and Hugh Jackman.
