Brittany Ann Daniel was born on March 17, 1976 in Gainesville, Florida. She was not born alone though. She has a twin sister, Cynthia. This blonde, fresh looking actress started as a teen model. She started modeling at the age of 11, appearing in fashion magazines for teens such as Seventeen and YM. When she stopped growing at 5'7", she decided to try acting.
In 1987, Brittany and Cynthia landed the role of a two-headed dragon in The New Leave It to Beaver. She also appeared in the daytime soap, Swans Crossing, which starred Sarah Michelle Gellar. After the doing the Doublemint commercial, she and her twin had their debut in television in Sweet Valley High in 1994. Brittany played the role of Jessica, the opportunistic and outgoing sister of the serious Elizabeth, played by Cynthia. They have been the Wakefield twins from 1994 to 1998.
It was in 1995, she together with her sister had their film debut with the film, The Basketball Diaries. She played the role of Blinkie while her sister played the role of Winkie. They are rich wild girls who chase the poet Jim Caroll, played by Leonardo DiCarpio and his friend, Neutron, played by Patrick McGraw.
In 1998, the Sweet Valley High concluded. Her sister decided to pursue photography while Brittany continued acting. She returned in tv, appearing as Eve on Dawson's Creek one year after. She portrayed a mysterious, seductive character that would reveal a secret in the series.
It was in 2001 that she was again seen in the wide screen. She had Joe Dirt in 2001, playing the dream girl of David Spade in this comedy. She also appeared in White Chicks alongside with Shawn and Marlon Wayans in 2004. On 2006, she again shot a film with the Wayans in The Little Man.
