A tennis superstar was born in Leimen, West Germany on 22nd of November 1967. He was named Boris Franz Becker. Coming from an Architect family, his father had constructed a tennis center where Boris learned the ins and outs of the game.
Becker became a professional tennis player in 1984 and even prevailed as Professional Doubles Champ in Munich. He made a name when he defeated Kevein Curren in Wimbledon singles and became the youngest male to have that title. In ten years, Becker had seven Wimbledon finals and turned victorious thrice for the Men's Single category. He even won more than 60 tennis games (singles and doubles combined).
In 2003, Becker was inducted in the Tennis' Hall of Fame. His gross income amounted to $25,080,956 for Tennis that landed on the third spot for sport career earnings.
He was married to Barbara Feltus on the 17th of December 1993, a known designer and actress. They had two children named Noah and Elias. In New Germany, the couple became the model even if they have posed nude for Stern before they got married. Becker retired from being a professional tennis player in 1998.
But when a controversy about Becker having an illegitimate child came up, they were not able to save their high profile marriage. The couple divorced and Becker had to take legal action regarding the controversy, which caused him five million dollar. On top of that he had problems with tax. With all these crisis and dilemma in his life, he turned into alcohol and drugs that made matters worst.
