Aviv Geffen continued to release solo albums such as "Cloudy Now (Achshav Meunan)" in 1993, his first album to achieve Gold status. During this period he played his songs live with a band called "The Mistakes (Hatauyot)". The song "Cloudy Now" was Aviv Geffen's best known song which identified him to Israeli youth who were dissatisfied with government. Other albums released by Aviv Geffen over the nineties as his popularity increased included "Aviv Geffen III", "Nowhere (Shumakom)", "The Letter (Hamichtav)", "Let's Walk For The Dream (Shir Tikva)", "Hollowed (Halulim)" and "White Nights (Leilot Levanim)".
