Andrew Lloyd Webber was born on March 22, 1947, in the U.K. He is considered to be the most popular theater composer of the latter part of the 20th century and is considered by many people to be the most popular theater composer of all time. Some of the shows that Webber has been involved with have been the most popular and longest running of all productions both on Broadway in New York and in London on the West End.
