Amy Fadhli was born on January 30th in Galveston Texas. Amy mother is Czech and her father is from Baghdad. As a baby they moved to Port Arthur, Texas, where she grew up. They did live for a short period of time in the Middle East. She has three siblings, an older brother and sister and a twin brother. Amy's father is a retired cardiovascular surgeon and a sculptor and her mother a talented equestrian and breeder of Arabian horses. Amy herself began riding when she was only four years old.

Amy graduated college with a degree in dental hygiene and moved to Northern California. At this time is when Amy got seriously involved in fitness training. Homesick for Texas and her family, she moved to Dallas and she started modeling and competing in bikini contests and began winning many of the contests she entered.

Amy kept up her fitness training and decided that she had reached a level to do competitive level shows and wanted to try her luck in an upcoming fitness show. She sent in her photos and resume to the Fitness America Pageant and was asked to compete in the National Championships that same year. The first year she won the physique round but only place ninth in the competition. Even though she didn't win that first year she was determined to win the Fitness America title and began training for her next shot and the following year she competed again and finished as the first runner up. Her fiercely competitive nature did not allow her to let up and she tried once again and this time she won and became the National Champion.

Her fitness competitions have launched her into an acting career and an entrepreneur. She is a great inspiration to anyone who wants to reach his or her fitness goals and is known around the world. She makes personal appearances in cities around the world as a guest speaker and trainer.
