There are many celebs among the younger generations who tend to get into trouble every now and then, but it seems like Amanda Bynes just can’t stop breaking the law.
And even though charges weren’t pressed, the officials have now forwarded the case to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office.
The reason for this decision lies in the fact that Bynes was on probation at the time of the arrest.
As City Attorney’s Office spokesman Frank Mateljan told E! News: “As you know, she is currently on probation to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office for a 2012 DUI out of Beverly Hills. The matter was referred yesterday. No further action in our office is scheduled on this matter.”
Amanda Bynes had her share of social media and legal issues in 2012 and 2013. And just as it seemed like she was back on the right path, she got arrested on September 28, 2014. So far, Bynes boasts failures to show up for court dates, DUIs, and violating her probation.
We can’t say how this will end, but one thing is for sure – Amanda Bynes, the star of “What I Like About You,” is one troublemaker we’ll keep our eye on.
